About

Kameryn Rasberry is a senior at Oswego East High School. A very active student, Kameryn is a member of the National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, Science National Honor Society and the National Chinese Honor Society, Oswego East Band (Saxophonist) and a variety of other clubs.

Kameryn is a member of DuPage AME Church in Lisle, where she serves in various ministries, including serving as Head Jr. Usher and President of the youth group, YPD. She has been a member of Girl Scouts for twelve years and has earned the Bronze, Silver and Gold Award. She enjoys volunteering at REACH Food Pantry, tutoring students in math, science, English and Mandarin, and volunteering at other local organizations. She is a member of the 2024 class of Leading with Heart, a leadership development and philanthropy program for high school teens. Kameryn, a heart transplant recipient, is an Ambassador for the Gift of Hope Organ Network. She truly believes in Shirley Chisholm’s philosophy, “Service is the rent we pay for the privilege of living on this earth.” Kameryn will be attending American University in the fall majoring in Public Health on the Pre-Medicine track. Her goal is to become a Pediatric Cardiologist.
