Chi Chi Njoku is a Canadian-born social impact leader, certified project manager, and community advocate deeply connected to the African diaspora. She is the Co-Founder and trademark holder of Everybody vs Racism, a global movement advancing equity, accountability, and systemic change. Chi Chi also serves as a director with HomeCare on Wheels Foundation, supporting dignity, access, and care for vulnerable communities. Her professional background spans banking, financial advisory, insurance, media, consulting, and stakeholder engagement. She brings over a decade of experience navigating systems that shape economic and social outcomes. She is a certified Project Management professional trained at the University of Toronto. As an intellectual property broker, she is committed to protecting African intellectual property as a way to preserve culture, history, and ownership. Born in Canada, Chi Chi has always felt a strong calling to remain connected to her African ancestry. Her voice reflects the lived experience of the diaspora—bridging identity, legacy, and belonging. Through leadership, advocacy, and storytelling, she is dedicated to strengthening global African connections.
